i absolutely love umineko and higurashi! i hope there will be a second season!

*Cough* You can’t say Beatrice was Battler’s mother yet. Not enough of information, even if she said that the person Battler thinks is his birth mother is his birth mother…

I hope so. From the looks of it they are still working on the second season of the video game, which is where Umineko originally came from, a video game. So the manga still isn’t complete, as as far as I know most animes come after a manga.

Correction, it was originally a VISUAL NOVEL, big difference from a video game.

So ya, I don’t know if she is his mother (refering to Beatrice), but from what I’ve dug up she has feelings for him not as a mother, but as a lover. But that should have been fairly obvious, what with the way she had begun acting around and with Battler as the story progressed. Not sure if anyone else was hinted off to those feelings. I agree though, it’s confusing, especially since I haven’t played the Visual Novel yet. Meh, I’m talking too much.

all in all it was to dam complicated and way to long.
