also, I cant help but feel like Im watching guilty crown in this anime. has the same feel to it. Also feels like the girl will die in the guys arms at the end and disappear. its a good anime so far(except for the brat) and Ill definitely keep watching.

And as with any video game anime… Aura will appear at the very end and revive the girl ;p

they seem to be mixing in the side stories(aka volume 2 like this ep) into the main story line(aka volume one) and it seem to be the Red-nosed Reindeer arc next so I guess they are doing them in timeline order then chapter order which is okay, but I wish they didn’t cut out soooo much from this arc(episode) guess it was to fit it all into the 22 min mark just hope they don’t cut to much from the next one cause it was waaaay to epic and deep

100 floors, I think this will last at least 24 episodes but I do hope it continues like Naruto and one piece. Also @LK85: He did not know until he removed the sword form the sheath that it was a clever type and not a scimitar type. Something tells me the GM planned it to confuse the beta testers.

He did it probably to protect other beta testers, tho u guise must know this, in anycase, that act makes him all the more godly , + the cloak xD

also, 100 floors? i think it might skip some, maybe a time skip, because it took 2 episodes to fight 1 boss/floor, that would be 200 episodes, and the light novels arent even that long.

this episode tun up till it buck.so thats where he got that coat from in the OP,i huess he took the role of bad guy to save the honour of that tricky punk that wanted the rare tiem for himself,though did he have to go that far,he cud have made a better lie and save face still??? oh wateva i kinda like the badass ting he did.though i feel he will get a bad rep among gamers now,n not only among those from the party i thik

@Freekill98 In the LN they don’t make it to the 100th floor if i remember they only had to do 75 players before the MC found the main boss and they go to another game but they can log out freely now

Well, there r the 100 floors, but in the light novels, they skip a few as well as end the game in the 75th floor. And Renaisance was partly correct in what he said about the bossbut if said more it would be a spoiler . Also, Kirito did what he did becuz he wanted to protect the rest of the beta testers. I think his inner monologue in the light novel said something like, now there will be 2 divisions in the beta testers, the normal ones and Kirito, that is, the beaters (something like that, not sure though)
It was overall pretty good but i sooooo wanted to see this episode without the other stuff cut out ;_;

if the first boss was that strong imagine the other boss to come. great episode can’t wait for more

Considering the 1st floor is the easiest, this should take a few hundred episodes however most animes don’t go further then 25 episodes unfortunately and they ruin the animes by forcing a hundred eps in to 24/25 Mofo’s. Anyways this looked awesome from the beginning on..

This series seems pretty badass so far, really hoping this series goes for 24 episodes if not more

I wonder if this series will also show *SPOILERS* the other 2 VRMMORPGs where Kirito and Asuna goes in the light novels, or will they make 2 new series just for that…

Not including Argo has made some people who haven’t read the light novel very confused… I hope they continue after episode 25+ and do ALO. Next episodes gonna be a tearjerker
