Hunter x Hunter 2011 Episode 1

I never saw the original, so I’ll make sure to watch it this time!!

I was expecting more but this is too rushed…… around 3-4 original episodes packed into 1…. a lot of details had also been cut. If someone wants to watch hunter x hunter for the first time, I’d rather recommend the old one than this.

its good if you havent watched the original or seen the manga, but if you have.. yah it feels like they are rushing it.

a bit rushed and i preferred the originals voices for gon and killua but it looks like its gonna get better.

I honestly don’t care if its rushed or not..i already know what’s gonna happen..i think that if it goes at the same pace as the original it’ll become boring for the ppl that already watched the first one or read the manga. although i hope they don’t rush the fight scenes cus they are most probably gonna be epic in this new version. also that runs long enough to catch up to the manga,now that they finally started making new chapters.

its not a remake of the original anime its a new adaptation of the manga and so far its following it closer to the manga then the original series so im gonna keep watching it.
plus i love the original anime so a this series that will last longer and follow the manga is welcomed much imo

never saw the original series so I’ll watch the remake here then after its done watch the original one to see what I missed. So far, though, its not bad.

if its gonna be like this for all story its not worth watching it. Original better for now.

They cut all the unnecessary parts to make this flow quicker…how can you judge by just the first episode that original is better looool.

They r redoing it cuz of the manga, they r just too closee!

I watch the original series before, not everything but at least the first 10-20 episodes, i just skip greed island…And for this “remake” or anything, I think it’s quite good. Perhaps I have not much collection of the original since it’s quite long ago when I watch it. I think the necessary is already in there. Just that a point to note that between Kulapica and Leorio is quite fast, it’s like they know each other quite a while. And ya, Kulapica look like a kid and the voice of it is female while Kulapica is a male…nvm, since Naruto is the same situation. I shall continue this.

yeah the original series had filler in the first few episodes i dont see why people think this is a remake of the anime when its not

opening and ending isn’t good, some voices isn’t matching (mito-san isn’t that old to use the voice of a 60+ old lady voice.. gosh .. wat do they think when they do this) .. and of coz .. others as well…

basically … it isnt as good as the original .. (base on this first episode only) so relax before u cursing at me ppl … lol

Wish they would have done a continuation rather then a remake… or maybe even a spin off. Probably wont even bother watching this remake.

So this is the story of a kid that wants to follow the footsteps of his deadbeat dad. And how? with random action-”exams”. >_>

will this remake follow the manga more accurately? and will be be as long as the previous r longer? anyways gud ep though i saw of the previous series.though this remake series is going faster than the orig.

i’m only eager to see the latest manga in anime series. the phase is good enough since i’ve already seen the original multiple times.

smashing together a ton of episodes to make 1 is gonna be annoying hopefully they are only going to do this to the point they left off on the original.[if they can didn't read the manga]

while I have watched the original anime and read the manga its rushed but I think its still worth having the title of hunter x hunter, because personally I don’t think its that bad + because its faster it might go on for longer, because I think its an adaptation not just a remake

This is my first time watching or reading the HxH manga ever
and as I read the comments I watched the original. My RECOMMEND
watching the original it really goes in detail and better
point of view then this one. When i was watching the opening
at first i thought that Leorio was Gon’s father.

Hopefully they slow it down in the next parts because this was waaayyyyyy too rushed. I mean, no Ganta-san? Wtf! lol… They better at least flash back to it at some point because it gives perspective on Gon and how he’s in-tune with nature/all that jazz.

Doesn’t even show how he finds out about the hunter exam or the family backstory you learn in the beginning. Yeah way too rushed… but I’m still super stoked they’re remaking. One of my fav animes

uh shitty remake not worth watching…. i tough they continued from ovas…..

looks interesting, don’t know the first anime so I’ll have my fun with it.
