Full Metal Alchemist Releases TV Spot

As if the Full Metal Alchemist dynasty needed any prodding in order to get viewership, it appears as though those making the decisions regarding its production and marketing have decided to go for broke in terms of drawing as many people as possible to watch the premiere of the Full Metal Alchemist: Dark Fantasy spinoff that is going to be starting later on this year. With the main voice actors coming back in order to reprise their main roles and the directorial staff full of familiar faces, one can expect that fans of the show will be seeing a lot more of the same style and substance with new plot twists that are perhaps darker in their overall outlook.

This anyway appears to be the message that is being carried forward by Full Metal Alchemist commercials that are now airing in Japan ahead of the starting of the series. The dichotomy of hope and despair appears to be the main theme of the dark fantasy aspects of the series and this is perhaps where most of the speculation regarding the darker plots of the spinoff comes from. Only time will tell if those assertions turn out to be true however, but regardless it is very easy to predict right now that Full Metal Alchemist: Dark Fantasy will be a successful series with a popular fan following.
