if this is ecchi I’d like to know what censored hentai is. you defined ecchi as being censored hentai, censored hentai btw has sex depicted a lot but doesn’t show the parts you were mentioning.

This anime’s manga was removed from mangafox for being more of a hentai and inappropriate.

wah that’s not true it’s still there under adult/mature content(the manga that is)
it is up to you to decide if this is ecchi or hentai, it’s subject is similar to da capo, here the scene of sexual intercourse is added but definetly censored, in da capo it is not shown, but the fact that they had children makes it a fact,although the siblings in da capo are not blood related the main-problems of both are comparable,

my opinion is to call it a (very) soft hentai, since in ecchi manga/anime that intercourse is implicated but never really carried out,
